  • To Track A Participant:
    • Select “Lake Monona 20K presented by SSM Health” and press the “Live Tracking” icon to add your favorite participants.
      • You’ll need to log-in with Facebook or create an account.
      • Participants must be added by name as bibs are not assigned until packet pick-up.
    • Choose “Notify Me” to receive push notifications for that participant.
    • Be sure to allow the app to provide you with notifications.

Post Race-Party

  • Live music by Wheelhouse will be playing from until 1:00 p.m. Come for the run and stay for the fun!
  • For those 21+, Wisconsin Brewing Company’s Re: Fresh Radler and Badger Club (2 complimentary for runners and available for purchase)

Awards

  • Overall: Awards will be given for overall male and female.
  • Age Group: The top three finishers (male and female) in each age division for both the 5 KM and the 20 KM course will win awards. Age divisions are:
    • 5 KM Run/Walk: 10 and under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+
    • 20 KM Run: 19 and under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+
  • Age Graded: This event is continuing the tradition of giving out age-graded awards to the top 15 finishers. Age grading is a way of putting all race participants on a level playing field, regardless of age or gender. Age-graded scores let you compare your race times to those of different runners, as well as to the standard for your age and gender.

Weather / Refund Policy

This race will be held rain or shine. In the event of severe weather, the race may be delayed or canceled. If the race is canceled there will be NO REFUNDS. Race Day Events has a NO REFUND policy. There are no refunds for any reason.
